Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Digital Downloads (Global)

  • Availability: Digital art files are available for purchase and download worldwide.

  • Delivery: Upon successful payment, you will receive an automated email containing a download link. This link is typically delivered within minutes.

  • Format: Files are provided in high-resolution [JPG/PDF] formats suitable for printing.

  • Refunds: Due to the nature of digital products, all digital sales are final and non-refundable once the download link has been sent.

2. Physical Art & Artifacts (India Only)

  • Shipping Zone: Physical shipping for paintings, sculptures, and upcycled artifacts is currently available only within India.

  • Processing Time: * In-stock items: Dispatched within 3–5 business days.

    • Custom/Commissioned works: Timeline will be discussed during the commissioning process (typically 4–6 weeks).

  • Shipping Partners: We use premium logistics partners (such as BlueDart or Delhivery) to ensure high-value art is handled with care.

3. Packaging & Safety

Art is inherently fragile. We take extreme care in our packaging:

  • Paintings: Shipped in heavy-duty moisture-resistant tubes or custom wooden crates depending on size.

  • Artifacts: Double-boxed with shock-absorbent materials.

  • Insurance: All high-value physical shipments are fully insured against transit damage.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Domestic (India): Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the artwork.

  • Taxes: All prices listed for physical goods are inclusive of GST within India.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS to monitor your shipment in real-time.
